Lieut. William Racke, son of Jake Racke, Campbell county patrolman, is home on a brief furlough visiting his parents at their Alexandria home. Lieut. Racke recently graduated from the Air Forces training school at Yale University. He is to be assigned to his new post at Rapid City, South Dakota.

Lt. William Stanley Racke, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Racke, Alexandria, has returned to his base at Great Falls, Montana, after spending a nine day furlough with his parents. A supervisor and armorer officer, Lt. Racke is expecting to see foreign duty soon. He is a graduate of Campbell County High School in Alexandria and was employed at the Cincinnati Milling Machine Co before enlisting in the Air Corps in October 1942.

Lt. William S Racke, Alexandria is now on active duty with the AAF at Geiger Field, Spokane Washington.
