THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, James White, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to William L White, a minor.
NOW, we James White as principal, and James A Shaw, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said James White, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
