LAST WILL OF JOHANETTE ZIMMERMAN

I, Johanette Zimmerman being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me.

First:  It is my desire that all my just debts be paid. 

Second:  I give and devise to the Campbell County Children’s Home of Campbell County, Ky the sum of Fifty dollars.

Third:  I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my Estate, real, personal and ? as follows to wit:

One Tenth part to my grandchildren Charles, Freda, Emil, Walter and Eugene Zimmerman subject to indebtednesses as shown by notes and bills paid by me for Charles Zimmerman my son.

One Tenth part to Emelia Bering.

One Tenth part to Bertha Boehme.

One Tenth part to Matilda Ford.

One Tenth part to Gustave Zimmerman.

One Tenth part to the children of my daughter Emma, now deceased, Stella and Chester Lostro.

One Tenth part to Otto Zimmerman.

One Tenth part to Emil Zimmerman.

One Tenth part to Freda Zimmerman.

One Tenth part to Clara Zimmerman. 

Fourth:  I hereby empower my Executor Otto Zimmerman hereinafter named to sell and convert either at a public or private sale all my real personal and mixed property and authorize him to execute and deliver all papers and deeds for same.

Fifth:  I nominate and appoint my son Otto Zimmerman Executor of this my last Will and Testament and ask the Court to require no bond of him or any inventory to be taken of my estate.

Given under my hand the 22nd day of May 1900.

Subscribed and Acknowledged by the testatrix as her last Will and Testament in our presence and signed by us witnesses hereto at her request and in the presence of each other.

The foregoing last Will and Testament of Johanette Zimmerman, deceased, was this day produced in open Court, filed, proven, established and ordered to record as the last Will and Testament of said decedent.

Whereupon the same is duly recorded in my office.
