NEWPORT
The will of Joseph Deye was left for probate in the County Court
yesterday. After allowing for the celebration of masses at St Anthony's Church,
Morris, Ind. and $50 for the erection of a headstone on his grave, the remainder
of his estate is to be divided among his eight children.
Anthony Deye has qualified as administrator of the estate.
