LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF KATHERINE BLENKE DECEASED.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Katherine Blenke being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke any and all other Wills by me at any time made.

1st-I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses.

2nd-I desire and bequeath to my children, John Blenke, Lizzie Dietrich, Peter Blenke, Mary Grau, Michael Blenke, Francis Blenke, Anna Rose Blenke, Emma Zint and to the children of my deceased daughter, Kathrine all my real and personal estate share and share alike.

3rd-I nominate and appoint my daughter, Anna Rose Blenke executrix of this my last Will and Testament and request the proper court to require no Bond for the faithful executing of the same and that no inventory or appraisement be made of my estate.  Signed this 4th day of August 1908.
