The following will was filed and ordered to probate in the County Court yesterday. Maria Anna Stegeman leaves $50 to Corpus Christi Church to have masses said weekly for the repose of her soul, and the further sum of $100, the interest of which shall pay for a requiem mass yearly for twenty-five years.
To her brother, Franz Stegeman, she leaves $250. To her son, Frank and wife, she gives all her personal property of whatsoever kind. Out of the remainder of the estate she gives a one fourth interest to each of her children, Henry Bernard, Frank and Wm Stegeman, provided, however, that William pays off the $300 to the Licking Valley Building Association, otherwise, the same is charged to him.
She names Richard Buschmiller as her executor.
