LAST WILL OF MARY KREUTZJANS

Know All Men by These Presents

That I, Mary Kreutzjans of Newport Ky being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all other Wills by me at any time made. 

Article First:  I direct that the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses. 

Article Second:  I devise and bequeath unto George Tenberg in trust for my Children, Emma Kusgoerd and Maria Kusgoerd the sum of ($400.00) to be held by said Trustee until said Children arrive at the age of twenty one years, when said ($400.00) shall be equally divided between my said children share and share alike. Should one of my children die before she arrives at the age of twenty one years, then the ($400.00) is to be paid to the surviving child. If any time shall my children be deprived of a home with their father or in need or want of the necessities of life then the said Trustee is empowered to pay them the interest on the ($400.00).

Articles Third: All the rest, residue and remainder of my real and personal estate I devise and bequeath to my husband Henry Kreutzjans his Heirs and Assigns forever.

Article Fourth:  I nominate and appoint my husband Henry Kreutzjans Executor of this my last Will and Testament and request the proper Court to require no bond for the faithful execution of the same and that no appraisement or inventory be made of my estate.  It is further requested of the proper Court that having full confidence in the Trustee herein appointed no Bond be required for the faithful execution of the trust.

In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this 5th day of January 1905.

The foregoing last Will and Testament of Mary Kreutzjans, deceased, was this day produced in open Court, filed, proven, established and ordered to record as the last Will and Testament of said decedent.
