NEWPORT

The will of Patrick H Fitzsimmons was filed for probate yesterday in the County Clerk's office. He bequeaths to his son, John J Fitzsimmons, a brick house on Eighth street, between Central avenue and Isabella. To Thomas A Fitzsimmons, the frame house adjoining on the west.

To James H Fitzsimmons the frame house adjoining on the eat. To Philip Fitzsimmons frame house adjoining on the west. He devises that the vacant lot on Eighth street be sold and that the proceeds be used in the payment of all his just debts.

To his daughter, Mrs. Mary Gosney, he bequeaths a house and lot on Putnam street; to his daughter Mrs. Rosa Rau, the brick cottage and two story frame on Orchard street and frame cottage on Central avenue. He divides all of his personal property share and share alike among his six children, and names his son, John J Fitzsimmons as executor.
