Peter Ader's will was probated Thursday. He gives two-thirds
interest in his artificial stone paving company to his widow. The family
residence, at the death of his widow, is to be sold and the proceeds divided
among the seven sons. His widow is also to have the property at Sixth and
Saratoga sts.
At the death of his widow all of the property is to be equally divided among the seven sons. Ader's concrete block business is capitalized at $25,000, and he and his son Frank owned $15,000 worth of the stock. The sons are Charles, Joseph, Robert, John, Frank, William and Walter Ader.
