PROPERTY
The will of Gottlieb Ruefenacht, deceased, was probated in the
County Court in Newport Monday afternoon. He bequeaths to his daughter, Anna
Ruefenacht, all of his household goods of every kind; to his grandson, Jesse
Ruefenacht, he bequeaths $250.
The residue of hisrel and personal estate he devises to his three daughters, Anna Reufenacht, Mary Leuck and Elise Hartmann, share and share alike. He names his daughter, Anna Ruefenacht, as his executrix and guardian of his grandson, Jesse Ruefenacht, without bond. She qualified as such.
