LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF THEODORE BORGELT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Theodore Borgelt, of the city of Newport, Campbell County, Kentucky, do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all other or former wills by me at any time made.

Article First: I hereby direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses.

Article Second:  I hereby give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal or mixed, wheresoever situated, whereof I may be seized or possessed or to when I may in any manner be entitled, or in which I may be interested at the time of my death unto my beloved wife Louisa Borgelt (nee Arnzen) her heirs and assigns forever.

Article Third: I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife Louisa Borgelt (nee Arnzen) executrix of this my last will and testament and ask the proper Court to require no bond for the faithful execution of the same, and that no appraisement or inventory be made of my estate.

In Witness Whereof, I hereunto set my name this 20th day October 1904.

The foregoing last will and testament of Theodore Borgelt, deceased, was this day produced in open Court, filed, proven, established and ordered to record as the last will and testament of said decedent.
