Division of the Devaney Estate at Cold Spring
In the Campbell County Court Tuesday the will of the late Thomas
Devaney was probated. He orders that all of his real estate be sold and divided.
To his wife he bequeaths $500, his son James $1000, Daniel $700, Biddie $500, Catherine $500, Mary Ann $500, Thomas $350. James and Daniel Devany were appointed executors without bond. The document was dates April 22, 1895.
