Thomas Ritzi WILL 1938

I, Thomas Ritzi, a resident and citizen of Fort Thomas, Campbell County, Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, constitute, declare and publish this Instrument to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all previous wills that may have been made by me.

FIRST:  I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate by my executrix hereinafter named.

SECOND: I direct that my executrix pay to Saint Stephens Cemetery of Campbell County, Kentucky, One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for perpetual care of my lot located in said cemetery.

THIRD: TO my son, Elder B. Ritzi, I give and bequeath whatever money, credit or book I may have in Kentucky Enterprise Federal Savings and Loan Association of Newport, Kentucky.

FOURTH:  To my daughter, Dolores R. Neal, I give, bequeath and devise all the rest and residual of my property, real or personal, wherever situated, absolutely and in fee simple.

FIFTH:  I nominate and appoint my daughter, Dolores R. Neal as Executrix of the my will and request that she be allowed to qualify and act as such without bond


IN WITNESS WHEREOF I hereunto set my hand this 30th day of June 1938.

Signed, published, declared and acknowledged by the said Thomas Ritzi as and for his last will and testament, in our presence and by us subscribed as attesting witnesses in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other, this 30th day of June 1938.

The foregoing last Will and Testament of Thomas Ritzi, deceased, was this day produced in open Court, filed, proven, established and ordered to record as the last Will and Testament of said decedent.
