WEINGARTNER WILL
The will of William Weingartner, deceased, was probated in the
County Court in Newport Friday. He bequeaths the sum of $200 to each of his four
children-Ruth, Myrtle, Marie and Sarah Weingartner.
The residue of his property, real and personal, he bequeaths to his widow and names her as his executrix without bond. She qualified as such. He also appoints Robert Snow as the guardian of his four children and he also qualified.
