LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WENDEL RITZIE
DECEASED:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I
Wendel Ritzie, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make,
publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament and do
hereby revoke any and all other Wills by me at any time made.
1ST: The executrix hereinafter named
shall pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses.
2ND: I devise and bequeath to my
GrandChildren Ruth Gardner and Cyril Gardner the sum of $25.00 each
3RD: All the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, both real and personal I devise adn bequeath to my wife Barbara
Ritzie to have and to hold for and during her natural life.
4TH: At the death of my wife Barbara
Ritzie I devise and bequeath all my estate both real and personal to my three
children Barbara Ritzie, Lena Reitzie and Joseph C. Ritzie share and share
alike.
5TH: I nominate and appoint my wife
executrix of the my last Will and Testament and request the proper court to
require no bond for the faithfully execution of the same and that no inventory
orr appraisement be made of my estate.
IN Witness whereof I hereunto set my
hand this 16th day of February 1909.

Signed and acknowledge by Testatore Wendel Ritzie as his last
Will and Testament on our presence and signed by us at his request, in his
presence and in presence of each other theis 16th day of February 1909.
