NEWPORT

A wagon belonging to the Wolfson (sic) Dairy Company was wrecked yesterday by a Washington car at Eleventh and Ann streets. The car was on the way to the barn when the driver of the wagon attempted to cross in front of the car. Patrolman Betz succeeded in getting the two horses out of the tangle of harness and broken wagon. Driver and horses escaped injury.

CAMPBELL COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE In the Matter of:

The registration of the name and Mark used by A L Wolfzorn Upon Glass Bottles and Jars and Upon Crates and Boxes in Bottling and Selling and Delivering Milk, Cream and Other Dairy Products.

A L Wolfzorn states that he is a resident of Campbell County Kentucky, that he is engaged in the business of selling milk, cream and dairy products: that the principal place of said business is in said County of Campbell and state of Kentucky; that upon the bottles used in said business are blown and produced in a circle, the name, mark and device as follows:

A L Wolfzorn, 914 Central Ave, Newport Ky. Also, A L Wolfzorn Dairy, Licking Pike. Also A L Wolfzorn, 913 Liberty St Newport Ky.

That upon the glass jars used in said business are blown and produced in a circle, the name, marks and device, as follows: A L Wolfzorn Dairy. Affiant, further states that he has contracted with the Kentucky Post, a newspaper published and of general circulation in Campbell County, Kentucky, to have this instrument of writing published in full on the 26th day of July 1934, the 2d day of August, 1934 and the 9th day of August, 1934. Affiant further states that this statement has been filed in the office of the Secretary of State of Kentucky at Frankfort.
