Emma Lou Smith
1931 -

Harold Eugene Smith (Gene) was the son of the late Jesse Ware Smith Jr. and Lela Mae (Hughes) Smith. He was a coal miner and then a capenter later in his life. He loved gardening and working for his church.

His wife Emma Lou (Martin) Smith is the daughter of the late Ivory Carmon Martin and Mary Jewell (Ross) Martin. She worked in the factories until she retired, and now she quilts.
