Marvin Franklin Todd, b 10 Dec 1918 Webster County KY, d 29 May 1997 in Sebree, was the son of Cynthia Floyd and Luke Todd.

He married Agnes Mae Buttrum, b 8 Mar 1920 Rockport KY (Ohio County), d 25 Apr 1984; she was the daughter of James Buttrum and Mary Orange.

Marvin and Agnes were married 26 May 1964 in Henderson County KY; they were the parents of three children: Judy Todd, William Franklin Todd and Marvin F. Todd.
