Ray Aubrey Todd was the son of Chess Todd and Mary Hubbard. Chess Todd was the son of James Frank Todd and Mary Carter, who are listed in the 1880 Webster County census, living in Slaughtersville. Chess Todd married Mary Hubbard in Webster County in 1899. Her 1952 obituary can be read online.
