JOHN MILLER

DRYDEN – John Miller, 89, dies Thursday at Leavenworth, WA. 

Mr. Miller was born Oct 13, 1867, in Leipzig, Russia, coming to the United States and settling in North Dakota at the age of 18.  There he was married to Elizabeth Kuch, who preceded him in death.  After coming west, he was married to Barbara Richter in Odessa, WA, in 1917.  Following her death he was married to Helen Hill in Odessa, WA.

Mr. Miller had been a resident of the Dryden area since 1921, and was a member of Dryden Congregational Church.

Surviving are: his wife, Helen Miller; two daughters, Mrs. Frank Boege of Oregon and Mrs. Dan Banko of Quincy; seven sons, Emanuel, Emil, Fred, George and Edwin, all of Dryden; and Henry and Albert, both in North Dakota; one brother, Samuel Miller and one sister, Mrs. Chris Lemke, both in North Dakota; and 29 grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Dryden Congregational Church, followed by internment in the Cashmere Cemetery.
