ELDOR ANDREW SAILER

Funeral services for Eldor Andrew Sailer, 76, were held Friday, January 3, 1992, at 2:00 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Wheatland, Wyoming, with Pastor Randall Golter officiating. Interment was in the Wheatland Cemetery.

Mr. Sailer died Tuesday, December 31, 1991, at the Platte County Memorial Hospital in Wheatland following a sudden illness.

He was born December 9, 1915, in Krem, North Dakota, the son of Adam and Pauline (Sailer) Sailer. He was reared and educated in rural schools in the Krem area.

He was married to Emma Haus on January 19, 1940, in Hazen, North Dakota. They farmed in the Hazen area from 1941 to 1952. He started working in the construction business. They moved to Wheatland in 1955 where he continued to work the construction business in various communities in Wyoming. He always returned to Wheatland which he considered home, and remained a resident there until the time of his death. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his wife, Emma of Wheatland; six children, Roger Sailer of Loveland, Colorado, Duane Sailer of Glendo, Wyoming, Larry Sailer of Midland, Texas, and Bonna Goddard, Linda Lay, and Edie Ryff all of Wheatland; two sisters, four brothers; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters; four brothers; and one grandchild.

Serving as pallbearers were Chad Sailer, Daniel Sailer, Troy Lay, Roger Baker, Steve Kelly, Clayton Cochran, David Noyce and Dave Bye.

Serving as honorary pallbearers were the members of the Trinity Lutheran Church.

A memorial to the Trinity Lutheran Church or to the choice of the donor would be equally appreciated by the family.

The Platte Funeral Chapel of Wheatland was in charge of the arrangements.
