REYNOLD SAILER

BEULAH-Reynold Sailer,80, rural Beulah, died November 28, 2001, at his home. Services will be held at 2 p.m. MST Monday at Zion Lutheran Church, Beulah, with the Rev. Kris Nyman officiating. Burial will be in the Beulah city Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. MST Monday at the church.

Reynold C. Sailer was born April 18, 1921 at rural Zap, N.D. to Rudolf and Rebecca (Knecht) Sailer. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. He married Tillie Link on Nov. 5, 1950 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Beulah. The couple rented a farm north of Beulah for seven years and purchased the farm in 1958. Reynold took great pride in working the soil and enjoyed every aspect of the farming operation.

He was an active member in the construction phase of Zion Lutheran Church in Beulah. Throughout his many years as a member, Reynold enjoyed serving the church in any manner he could.

He is survived by his wife, Tillie, rural Beulah; one daughter, Lucille Sailer, Lincoln, Calif.; one son, Kerry Sailer, Beulah; one grandson, mark Sailer, Peoria, Ariz., five brothers; four sisters; several nieces and nephews; and many close relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Zion Lutheran Church of Beulah or the Sakakawea Select Hospice. (Goetz Funeral Home, Washburn)
