GERALDINE SCOTT

SEATTLE—Geraldine Scott, 56, of Selah, passed away Thursday, April 13, 2000, at University of Washington Medical Center.

Geraldine was born April 7, 1944, in Albany, Oregon, to Norman and Bertha Adams. She attended Dickinson Nursing School in Dickinson, North Dakota. She was married to Douglas Scott, January 17, 1974, in St. Helens, Oregon. She worked as a LPN in Portland, Oregon, Nome, Alaska, Honolulu, Hawaii, and at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital in 5 West Orthopedics. She especially enjoyed working at Memorial and had many friends there.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Donley Sailer, and a daughter, Becky Scott.

She is survived by her husband, Douglas; a son, Douglas W.; two daughters, Mandy C. and Jamie R.; and one grandson, Kinkaid Owens, all of Selah, Oregon.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2000, at the Zillah Chapel of Valley Hills Funeral Home. Cremation will take place in Seattle, Washington.

Services under the direction of the Valley Hill Funeral Home, Zillah.
