JOHANN ZIEMANN

John Ziemann died at his home last Sunday, May 14, 1905, after a short illness. Old age is said to have been the cause of his death.

~Family Notes: Johann was 71 years old and was buried at St. Paul’s church cemetery. His tombstone reads (translated from the German to English):
Rest in Peace

~Born: January 10, 1834, Brienne, Bessarabia, Russia
~Died: May 14, 1905, at his homestead, 16 miles north of Hazen, North Dakota
