William C. Barr, the third generation of Barr physicians to practice in Tilden, graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He practiced in Chappell, Nebraska for three years before returning to Tilden in 1969.
For many years he worked in the Barr Clinic started by his father and uncle and has operated it after their retirement. He is a great sportsman and conservationist. William and wife, Barbara, had four daughters, Vicci, Corinna, Sandi, and Kristi.
