Ora
Beeson was born June 2, 1909 near Spalding, Nebraska, the son of Mr and Mrs
Orville P Beeson. He moved to a farm
west of Elgin as a two year old with his parents. On November 2, 1931, he married Jean Reznicek, the daughter of
Mr and Mrs Ed Reznicek. Ora stacked hay for Wolf Brothers at 50 cents a day
in 1933. Ora and Jean lived on
several different places for next years. They finally moved to a place north of Elgin living there for 18
years. Ora retired in 1975.
