George, son of John and Lena Logemann, was born at Forresttown, Illinois in June 1874.  The family moved to Platte County, Nebraska in 1878.  George married Mary Voght, born August 1879 in Switzerland, on March 19, 1902.  They lived on a farm in Lancaster County until December 1912 when they moved to a farm northeast of Brunswick.  They were parents to four children:  Clarence, 1903; Lucile, 1905; Walter, 1908; and Elmer, 1910.  They lived on this farm until 1946.  Mary died 1958 and George in 1964.  Elmer graduated from Brunswick High School and attended Wayne State College for two years.  He taught for two years and then started raising hogs.  He married Lucile Kimble and they had two children.
