Julius Henry Bruno Wagner was born September 5, 1867 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. He came to the Tilden area in Antelope County when quite young and workded as a hired hand during the warm weather and went to St Clair School during the winter months. On October 12, 1892 he married Emma Eickhoff who was born the homestead in Antelope County on June 1, 1872. Their first home was southwest of Tilden. In 1893 they bought a farm four miles south and 1 ½ miles east of Tilden where they lived the rest of their lives. They were the parents of ten children: Walter married Lizzie Hixson; Roy married Grace McLaughlin; Earl married Aura Olin; Olive married Earl Peterson; Harold married Elena Muffly; Elmer married LaRose Crowley; Agnes married Glen Sorensen; Marie married Lawrence Jueden; Julius married Martha Mueri and Clarence married Jean Weisser. Julius H B died in 1942 and Emma in 1965.
