Charles D. Cooper 1822-1910

Married Susan Emily Kear, 31 Aug 1873

Susan E. (Kear) Cooper, 2nd wife of Charles Daniel Cooper
1851-1939

The marriage to Susan E. Kear was the second marriage for Charles Daniel Cooper, and they were married over 37 years, until his death in 1910. Together they had the following children: Ollie, Grace, George, Maude, Charlie, & Emma.

Charles Daniel Cooper's first marriage apparently took place before his service during the Civil War. There was also a first son born to that union, named George Walter Cooper, born May 7, 1859, in Worth County, Iowa. It is documented that he married Mary J. (maiden name unknown at this time) in Feb. 1858. Mary J. later married a Joshua Whitbeck.
