Lawrence W. Fryer graduated from Royal High School in 1940 and he enlisted in the Army Air Forces on October 15, 1942.  He served overseas until V J Day and returned to the US.  He was discharged on December 3, 1945.  He was a mechanic most of his life.  He was married to Luella Burch and they had four children.  Lawrence died in January 1993.
