Funeral services for Mrs Rudolph Friend, 90, were held Monday in the Marshall Funeral Home in Tilden with burial in the Oakdale Cemetery. Rev Sageborn conducted the services. Mrs Friend died last week in Los Angeles, CA. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs Leona Born, LaJolla, CA, Mrs Evelyn Randolph, Los Angeles and Mrs Harry Stevenson of Omaha, one sister, Mrs Fred Eissler, Oakdale, and four granddaughters. Out of town relatives attending the services were Harry Stevenson and Mr and Mrs McDowell of Omaha, Mrs Grace Brindley of Walnut, IA and Mr and Mrs Fred Luebe of Pierce.
