EMALINE RODGERS PROCUNIER

Emaline RODGERS born in Joliet, IL, February 10, 1863 died in Oakdale, Nebraska March 10, 1930. She spent her childhood in Joliet and at 19 was married at Mr. Ayre, Iowa to John Thomas GRIFFITH of which marriage there were born 8 daughters and 2 sons; Mrs Della SPENCER of Rapid City, SD, Mrs Blanche WEST of Neligh, Mrs Christine CLYDE of Omaha, Mrs Ora HARBOTTLE of Pomona, CA, Mrs Grace HOLCOMB of Gordon, Moses GRIFFITH of Neligh and John GRIFFITH of Sioux City, Iowa. Three daughters are deceased. Mrs GRIFFITH was married to William A PROCUNIER in new castle, Wyoming, July 24, 1907 who survives as does the five married daughters, also a sister, Mrs Ollie RADABUSH of Home City, Kansas and four brothers, Charles RODGERS of Fort Collins, Rial of Neligh, Alec of Royal and JACOB of Marysville, Kansas. There are 30 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. The funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, March 11 in Oakdale and burial was in the Oakdale Cemetery.

WILLLIAM ALBERT PROCUNIER

William Albert PROCUNIER was born at Alberta, Canada, in July 1861, and passed away at his home in Oakdale, on January 15, 1933 at the age of 72 years and 6 months. He had made his home in Oakdale for the past twenty-five years. He was united in marriage to Mrs Emmaline GRIFFITHS at New Castle, Wyoming in 1907. She preceded him in death in 1930. He leaves to mourn his death, one brother, Isa PROCUNIER, of New Castle, Wyoming, two sisters, Addie LIPTON and Retta PROCUNIER of Los Angeles and seven stepchildren, five girls and two boys and many friends. Funeral services were held at the Methodist Church Tuesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. F. V. MANN. Burial was in the Oakdale Cemetery.
