RALPH ROHM

Ralph ROHM, 70, of Oakdale was killed in a one car accident Saturday, December 20, 1969 at approximately 8:15 p.m., two miles west of Tilden on Highway 275. The State Patrol investigated the accident and reported the westbound vehicle struck ice on the pavement, went out of control and struck the north edge of a bridge. Funeral services for Mr ROHM were held Tuesday, December 23 at 2 p.m. at the MARSHALL Mortuary Chapel at Tilden with Alvin SCHWARTING, pastor of the Oakdale Church of Christ, officiating. Burial was in the Oakdale Cemetery. Ralph ROHM was born to Mr and Mrs Almon ROHM at Elgin and attended school in Neligh. He was a veteran of World War II and all of his life was spent farming in the area around Neligh, Oakdale and Elgin. Survivors include one son, Dr Osmon A ROHM of Wilmington, California, one brother, Elmer of Missouri Valley, Iowa and several nieces and nephews.
