NANCY HOADLEY STALLCUP

Funeral services were held Friday, June 30 at 2 p.m. at the Oakdale Methodist Church for Mrs Nancy STALLCUP of Oakdale. The Rev. Connie BUEHLER officiated at the service and Earl Henry MCNARE was organist for Mrs Keith COOPER who sang. Burial was in the Oakdale Cemetery. Nancy STALLCUP, daughter of Mr and Mrs M. A. HOADLEY, was born October 11,1884 on a farm south Oakdale and died June 26, 1967 at the Tilden Community Hospital at the age of 82 years, 8 months and 15 days. The family moved to Oakdale where Nancy lived until her death. She attended the Oakdale schools and later was employed at the Norwood-Taylor Brothers Store for many years. On August 6, 1923, she was united in marriage to Robert STALLCUP at Sioux City. She was an active member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the WSCS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 1960, her parents, and an only sister. Survivors include nieces and nephews.
