GIRL SCOUT TRAINING SCHOOL
Minden leaders and association members of the Girl Scout organization attended the all day meeting for leaders at the Christian church in Kearney last Friday.

Mrs. J. Ellen Trowbridge of Superior conducted the sessions and led the discussions. Our leaders felt the material presented was of real help and they secured new book lists and literature for use here.  After the afternoon meeting, leaders and association members were invited outdoors where stew was prepared over an open fire, girl scout style.

Mrs. Floyd Lundberg attended both the morning and afternoon sessions; those who went for the afternoon were:  Mrs. Orval Layton, Mrs. W. A. Weidenbach, Mrs. Harold Pedley, Mrs. Vic Silvrants, and Mrs. T. H. Gies.
