Cooper and Joseph Jackson judges of the Superior Court of Commons pleas in the County of Morris that on the 21 Aug 1820 Samuel Cobb, Benjamin Smith and Thomas Van Winkle commissioners to make partition of a tract of land situate in the Township of Pequanock
bounded on the north by lands of Abraham Jacobus and John Salter or his assigns and on the east by lands of Jacob Mourison and Jacob Mourison Jun. on the south by lands of Martin Van Duyne and Henry Mourison and on the west by lands of Henry Mourison containing fifty acres.
This tract was published at the request of Henry Mouriosn who claims one undivided half part of the above land.
The other equal half share to be allotted to Moses Mourison & others the legal representative of Jacob Mourison deceased
the said Henry Mourison & Jacob Mourison being devises named in the last will & Testament of Hendrick Mourison, deceased.

on the application of Sophia Doremus and ordered by the Orphans Court
lands are a partition of lands of which Peter Mourison, decd.,
the bids were taken on the 4th of April 1881
18 Jan 1881 they received order from the court to advertise and sell land
sum $455
land is situated on the east side and adjoining the public road leading from Abraham
Zabriskie to Martin R. Van Duyne and is bordered by land of James Wright
This land was conveyed to Peter Mourison by David B. Riker & wife by deed dated 19
Oct 1870 and recorded in the Morris County Clerk Office in Book ? of Deeds p 193+.
Abraham Zabriskie was the highest bidder
Beginning on east side and joining the public road from the land is of Abraham Zabriskie to Martin R. Van Duyne
Beginning land of James Wright where he now resides at a NE corner of a lot 5c50l from

The Orphans Court ordered the 4 Apr 1881 ordered the property sold by request of James B. Mourison for partition of lands of Cornelius Mourison.
Hettie A. Hopkins bid was $200 and the land was sold this land is on the south side of Monroe St.
SE along the line of David Doremus 100 feet to David H. Jardines line to the
SE corner 24 feet to Rhoda J. Keynard Alley way
NE in said Ally way 92 feet to Monroe Street
W on Monroe St. 24 feet to place of beginning.
Being the second lot described in a deed made by George J. Crane to said Cornelius Mourison dated 14 Apr 1870 and recorded in Book V7 of Deeds, p 322.
