The home was demolished in the early 1960s when the estate was settled and the property was sold . It was located off Rte. 37 near the Ole Cedar Inn on Riverside Drive.

Once surrounded by woods, now housing developments. The Lukers that lived here were descendants of the Thomas Luker that first settled in Toms River around 1685, and for whom the town was named. When I was young, my great grandmother lived there with her son, Herman. My great uncle Herman Luker died around 1960 and the property was sold. - Bob Mitchell
