The State of South Carolina County ofClarendon

In the name of God: Amen I, J.E. Richbourg of theCounty and State aforesaid, being of sound and disposing mind, andconsidering the certainty of death, do make, this my last Will andTestament, VIZ:

I. It is my will and desire that all of my lawfuldebts, and funeral expenses be paid.

II. I give, devise, and bequeath unto my wifeLousisa richbourg, all of my estate, both REal and personal of whichI, may be possessed of , during her natural life, adn at her death tobe equally devided between my children namely, J.W. Richburg, RachelRichburg, B.R. Richburg, Jennie Carolina Chestnut, Isabella AliceCastine, Louisa Mouldrow Richbourg, Octor Richbourg and TavieRichburg, share and share alike.Further it is my will and desire, andI so direct, that my youngest son Joe. E. Richburg to have at thetime of the division the home-stead.

III. Should any of my above named children die,and leave no children, then in that event the share of such a loneshall go back to my estate, and be equally divided among thesurviving heirs. I nominate, constitute, and appoint, my sons J.W.Richburg and Joe E. Richburg as Executors, of this my last will andTestament, and should one of the above names executors die then inthat event the full power is given to the survivor.

In witness whereof I, the testator have hereuntoset my hand and seal, this the 18th day of January in the year of ourLord one thousand nine hundred and in the one hundred and twentyfourth year of the Independence of the United States ofAmerica.

And we the undersigned citizens, at his request inhis presence and in the presence of each other, attested theexecution therof and at the same time qualified J.W. Richburg and JoeE. Richburg as executors therein named this 18th day of January A.D.1900
