Mary Caroline Holladay
March 27 1805 - December 10 1889
 
Mrs. Caroline R. Holliday died Tuesday, Dec. 10th aged eighty - four years. She was a woman of fine character. She Leaves two sons,
J.D. and N. H. Holliday. She was a member of  the Methodist Church.

 Neighbor Harvin Holladay
May 11 1835 - August 15 1904
 
Died last Monday at his home, near Manning, Mr. Neighbor H. Holladay, aged about 67 years. The deceased was in town last Friday in his usual  jovial humor and his friends were shocked when they heard of his sudden taking off. Mr. Holladay was a good citizen, a substantial farmer and had many friends. The burial took place yesterday at the family burial ground near his home. Rev. J.O. Gough Conducted the service and Capt. D.J. Bradham made some remarks also.

Andrew Mitchell Holladay
October 12 1871 - September 24 1941
 
Andrew Mitchell Holladay, 70 years old, died at 8:30 o'clock last Wednesday at his home near here after an illness of nine months. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nabor H. Holladay of this county. Mr. Holladay was a farmer and a member of the Manning Baptist Church. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Virginia Owens Holladay; Sons and Daughters, Mrs. Virginia Bagnall of Wilson; Miss Linwood Holladay of Manning; A.M. Holladay, Jr., of Atlanta, Ga.; Milton R. and Bailey Holladay of Manning; Oliver Holladay of Texas
and Mitchell Holladay of Fort Jackson; Sisters, Mrs. J.D. Barrineau and Miss Lizzie Holladay of Manning and  Mrs. Ada Rhame of Holly Hill Funeral services were conducted at 5 p.m. Thursday at the  Holladay Cemetery near Manning by the Rev. V.V. Raines. Buriel directed by the Joseys.

Virginia Viola Owens Holladay
January 8 1880 - September 17 1955
 
Mrs. Virginia Owens Holladay, 75,  of Manning died at the Clarendon Memorial Hospital Saturday after a long  illness
Services were conducted  at the graveside in Holladay Cemetery at 4 p.m. Sunday by the Rev. R. Don Gambrell, Pastor of the
Baptist Church.Mrs. Holladay was born Jan. 8, 1880, a daughter of the late Thomas C. Owens and Annie Eadon Owens. She was the widow of the late A.M. Holladay of Clarendon county. She had been a member of the First Baptist Church for 50 years. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lynwood Therrell of Manning and Mrs. W.I. Bagnell of Wilson; four sons, Milton R. Holladay, Bailey Holladay
and Mitchell Holladay of Manning and Oliver Holladay of Georgetown; one sister, Mrs. C.D. Witherspoon of Sumter; three brothers, W.C. Owens of Ashboro, N.C., Benjamin Owens of Pinewood, and Bishop Owens, of Sumter; 18 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
