 Kershaw District          )   In the name of God- Amen.
 1.  I William Parker, of the Toun of Camden, in the district and State aforesaid do make this my last Will and Testament.----
 2.  I give unto my beloved wife Johanna parker during her life time or
 widowhood the use of my Malatto woman named Latitia, and upon the death or
 marriage of my said wife I give unto my sons Samuel and Hiram to them
their heirs & afsigns forever the said Winah Latitia and all her future  encrease.--------------------------
 3.  I give unto my son William a Negro boy named Davis the said Davis to
 belong to my son William his heirs and assigns forever.--------------------
 4.  I give unto my son Samuel to him his heirs and assigns forever a Negro
 boy named Tom.  I give unto my son Hiram to him his heirs and afsigns
 forever a Negro Girl named Carolina.
 5.  I give unto my beloved wife Johanna during the term of her natural
life and no longer one third part of all my landed estate.------------------
 6.  I desire that my Executors shall sell my Negroes Lucinda Tom Old Tom
 and all my Stock of goods and merchandise Riding Chair; Carts, Waggons,
 horses, Cattle & also all my household and Kitchen furniture, and apply the
 proceeds of such sales together with whatever may be received on accounts
& demands due to me, to the discharge of such legal debts and demands as may
 be against me or my estate.---------------------
 7.  I will and bequeath unto my four sons, John, William, Samuel, and Hiram all the residue of my Estate both real and personal to be equally divided
 amongst them share and share

 8.  I nominate and appoint my son John Parker, Benjamin Bineham Esquire
and
 Thomas Salmond executors of this my last will and Testament.  Signed
sealed and declared to be my last will and Testament this the first day of
January One thousand eight hundred and fifteen and in the Thirty ninth year of
 American Independence.
