 In The Name of God Amen.  The Eighteenth Day of March one thousand Sevin Hundred and Eighty three, I Thomas Richardson Senior of craven County in the State of South Carolina being very Sick of Body but of Perfit mind and memory thanks be given to God, therefore, Calling to mind the Mortallity of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testment     That is to Say Principally and first of all I give and recommend my Soul unto God who give it and for my Body I recommend it to the earth to be buried in a Christian like mannor at the direction of my exe cutors not Doubting But at the general reso["r"  between lines]ection I Shall Receive the same again by the mighty
 Power of God And as touching such worldy estate wherewith it hath Pleased  God to Blefs me in this life, I do give devise and dispose in the following manner and form- - - - Itam 1st I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret Richardson all
my Household goods and Moveable estate, with one negore Such as She Chooses of my Negores, to be at her disposel at her Discease, Her I also Constitute and ordain one of my Executors and also her Thirds of my Two Hund [red] Acres
of Land that I now Live upon at Little River Diring Life 2ly  I give and bequeath unto my beloved Son William Richardson Two Pounds  Current money of the aforesaid Estate, to be paid after all Lawful Debts
is paid after my Decease - - - - 3ly  I give and bequeath unto my beloved Son Thomas Richardson Junior Two
 Pounds current Money of the aforesaid State whome I alfo constitute and ordain as my Executor.

 4LY.  I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Jenett Kennedy Two Pounds current money of the aforesaid State after my Lawfull Debts are paid after my Decease - - - - -
 5ly   I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Mary Richardson Fifty Pounds Current money of the aforesaid State, to be paid to her by my Son Samuel Richardson Two years after my Decease.  But if She Dies before She married to fall to the dispose of my Wife
 6ly   I give and bequeath unto my beloved Daughter Margaret Richardson Fufty[Fifty] Pounds Current Money of the aforesaid State, to be paid by my Son Robert Richardson Two years after my decease, and and also one Hundred acres of my Three Hundred acrs [acres], of my Land at Packlet, But if my Daughter Margaret Richardson Die before She marries this is to full [fall] to my wife Disposal,
 7ly   I give and bequeath unto my Son Samuel Richardson on Hundred acres of  my Land that Lieth at Packlet, And to my beloved Son Robert Richardson one  Hundred acrs [acres] of my Land at Packlet and my Two Hundreds that Lieth
at Little River to equy Divided Between ["them" typed between the lines] as my executors Sees cause to Lay it off - - - - - But if any one, or both of them Dies Bofore they be married their parts to full[fall] to my Wifs Disposal I also will that all my Negores after my desecease saving the one mentioned to my Wifes be Divided equeally among my four Children viz. MaryRichardson  and Margerat Richardson and Samuel Richardson and Robert Richardson.
