In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Bosher of SumterDistrict planter and State aforesaid, Knowing it is appointed forall Men once to die and being in sound Mind and Memory do Make thisMy last will and testament in Manner and form following.

Inprimis/ It is My will and desire all My justdebts be paid.

2nd I give and bequeath unto My beloved WifeRebecah Bosher My plantation or tract of land where on I now liveand two Negroes Slaves, va/ Joe and little Nancy with the increase ofthe female to her and her heirs for ever.

 

3rd It is my will and desire My Wife as long asshe remains My Wido be supported out of My Estate and live on eitherof My plantations or tract of Land.

4th I give and bequeath the ramained of My Estatereal and personal to My daughter Sarah Bosher and in the event of herdieing not liveing lawfull ishue then and in that case I give andbequeath all the property which was hers to the Children of My SisterSarah Hails to them and their heirs forever.

5th It is farther My wise in case My daughtershould die leaveing a Child or Children and that Child or Childrendieing not leaveing ishue for the property to go to My Sisters SarahHails Children.

6th I do hereby constitute and appoint My belovedfriends Albert McGenney W.A. Colclough and John Colclough Extor thismy last will and testament, in witness where of I set My hand thiseleventh of October one thousand eight hundred and nineteen, in thepresence of.
