In the name of God, Amen, this Twenty Second dayof November one thousand Eight Hundred & Three I Elizabeth Bradlyof Salem County & State of So-Carolina being of perfect Healthmind & memory and doubting the time of my Defsolution to be nearat hand-do make & Ordain this my last will & Testament, Thatis to say principally & first of all, I give & recommend mySoul to Almighty God My worldly Esttate I dispose of asfollows---

Item I give and bequeath unto my Son James Fivenegroes named Leno Pompey, Paul Morris & Nanney and all theirfuture encrease-to him his Heirs & afsigns forever---

Item I give & bequeath unto my Grand DaughterElizabeth Gordon one Negro boy Peter---

Item I give and bequeath unto my Grand-Son Sam.lBradley (the Son of James) a negro boy Friday---

Item I give & bequeath unto my Son Samuel Fivenegroes Viz-Prince, Cato, Dinah Sebina and Child and all their futureencrease to him his Heirs & afsigns forever---

Item I give & bequeath unto my Grand DaughterElizabeth Elen Emelin the daughter of my Son Sam.l One Negro Girlnamed Sene and all her future increase to her & her Ifsue forever---

Item I give and bequeath unto my Son Roger allthat Plantation or Tract of Land I dwell on and all itsappurtinances--together with a Tract of one hundred & fifty Acresadjoining Arthur Bradleys land to him his Heirs & afsigns forEver---And if my said Son Should make any demand on my Estate on Acctof any former legacy or on Acct of any of the former paperCurrency---Then his part of my Estate is forfieted by him to allIntents & purposes

Item I give & bequeath unto John Bradley Sonof my Son Roger one negro boy named Jack---

Item I give & bequeath unto my Son Moses fivenegroes named January, Newton, Cezar Lucy and her Child & alltheir future increase to him, and if he die leaving no Childrenlawfully begotten then the said negroes are to descend back into myEstate & be equally divided between my Children.

Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of mydeceased Daughter Mary Carter five slaves Betty-Meritta & Childand two boys named Sharper & farmer to be equally divided am.gthem--

Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of mydec.d daughter Elizabeth Witherspoon six negroes named NeroAbraham-July, Bina-Elsey & Rose & all their future Encreaseto them and their Ifsue and if Both die leaving no Ifsue Lawfullybegotten then the slaves are to descend back into my Estate & beequally divided among my Children, and do positively order that thesaid negroes rem.r in my Executors hands untill the said Childrenarives to years of-Maturity.

Item I give & bequeath unto my Grand son MosesB Witherspoon one Negro man Nero, and a Bed & furniture to hissister Elizabeth, my Grand daughter.---

Item I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughterJannet English five negroes named Tamar, July Phily, Tom & Harryand all their future encrease to her & her Ifsue forever--and myriding Chair.

Item I give and bequeath unto Sara Wright onehundred dollars and Ten shillings Sterling to James Carter & D.lWitherspoon And its my will and desire that the remd.r of my Estatebe equally divided among my five Children---

I Appoint my four Sons Viz James Bradley RogerBradley and Samuel Bradley and Doc Moses Bradley my Ext.rs Anddisallows & disannuls every other will ratifying this to be mylast will & testament,
