I Charles Cantey being weake of body but ofperfect mind and memory-and knowing it is appointed fore all men Onceto Diy-I do make and ordain this to be my last will and Testament-Revoking and Difsenulling all others-- Imprimis I do first give andbequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Cantey one negroe man paris onesmall stock of Cattle which remains in her former marke one smallstock of hogs in my own marke one Brown Felly by name ofpeticoats-also one third of the present Crop of provisions one tractof land containing two hundred and Sixty two acres being the tract Inow live on---I give unto Thomas Baggs Five Shillings------I give andbequeath unto his three Daughters Namely Merial America-MaryElizabeth and Elvira Baggs-one negro boy name Moses-which is toremain with said Baggs untill his youngest Daughter Elvira Baggsarrive at the age of fourteen years then the negro Moses is to besold and the mony arriving from said sold Is to be Equally dividedbetween the above named three Daughters-- Itim I now give andbequeath unto my son Gorge Cantey and My son Charles Cantey-all theresidue remainder of my property be it rale or persinal wheare everit may be found to be Equally Divided between the said Gorge andCharles Cantey- I do further make and Declare Acknowledge and haveappointed my son Gorge Canty and my son Charles Canty to be my soleExecutors of this my last will and Testament made and signed thisTwenty first day of November one thousand Eight hundred andEight---
