In the name of God amen I John Chisholm of Sumter District grateSavannah Merchant being sick in Body but of perfect mind and memorythanks be given unto God and calling unto Mind the Mortality of MyBody & knowing that it is appointed for all men Once to die I domake and ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to sayPrincipally & first of all I give and recommend my Soul into thehand of Almighty God that gave it hoping it will not be regected& My Body I Recommend to the Earth to be buried in a decentChristian Burial at the discretion of my Executors not doubting butat the general Ressurrection I shall receive the same again by theMighty given of God and as touching such worldy Estate wherewith ithas please God to bless me in this life I give demisse and dissposeof the same in the following manner and form to my father KennethChisholm the one half of my estate & the other part I givedemisse to my sister Ann Bun it is also my desire that all my landsmay be sold by my Excutors I give them full poure to give Titles forthe same & after that all my just Debts be paid that the Remenderof the muny Sent to My Father & Sister it is also my desire thatmy Executors Sue for the land that is now in law the fouling peopleleving one the said land Laurence Franklin Samuel Neilson & hisMother Mrs. Brewer & Neboth Carter the above pretending to haveRegt to my land, and I do Constitute Make and appoint Capt. JamesDavis & John Simpson & John Camron Executors of this my lastWill and Testament Recommending to there care my Executors of this Ido hereby utterly Make Void disallow revoke and disannul all andevery other former Will and Testament by me at any time heretoforemade and do ordain Confirm & Ratify this only to be and Stand foras my last Will Testament In Witness hereunto I have Set My Hand andSeal this 2th Day of febry in the year of Lord One Thousand Eighthundred and foure
