I Nabor Burrows Davis of Santee Sumpter District,in the State of South Carolina, one of the United States of AmericaPlanter, but at present in the Island of New Providence, being weakand infirm in body yet of sound mind memory and understanding,considering the uncertainties of human life have thought fit todeclare and do make publish and declare this to be my last Will andTestament as follows That is to say I give devise and bequeath untomy beloved wife Margaret Ann Davis all and every part of my personalproperty which I may die pofsefsed of- including not only theproperty I obtained by my Intermarriage with my said Wife but alsoall such other property as has been heretofore given to me by myfather James Davis of Santee aforesaid Planter or which my saidfather - would or intended to have allotted to my share upon aDivision of his property. And I do name, constitute and appoint mysaid wife Margaret Ann Davis Executrix and my Father, the said JamesDavis, and my friend, Joseph Cantey the Elder of Santee.-aforesaidPlanter, Executors of this my Will In Witness Whereof I have hereuntoset my hand and seal at Nafsau in the Island of New Providenceaforesaid the first day of August in the Year of Our Lord OneThousand Eight hundred and Ten
