I Micagah fiz Patrick of Sumpter District beingSick and weak in body but of Perfect Mind & Memory Thanks begiven unto God Thearfore Calling unto mind the mortality of my body& knowing it is appointed for all men once to die Do make &appoint this my last will & Testament That is to say Princepaly& first of all I give & Recommend my sole unto the Hands ofGod that gave it & for my Body recommend it to the Earth to beburied in a Christion like Decent Manner at the Discretion of myExecutor Nothing Doubting but at the general Refserection I shallreceive the same agane by the mighty Power of God & as touchingsuch worldly Affairs whaerwith it hath Pleased God blefs me in thislife I give bequeath & dispose of in the following Manner &form 1st It is my will and desire that all my lawfull debts bepaid---

2nd I give and bequeth unto my well beloved wifeJemima one negro woman Named Myophs one Negrow gal named Dorkes &one Mare Cald Brunswick & one blackmare Cald gin all my stock ofCattle except 5 heffers all my Stock of Hogs all my household &kitchen furniture except too beds and furniture & all myPlantation tools except my best ox & third best Plow and secondbest grub how to geather with all my land except too hundred acres onTrusleys branch to have as his one during his natural life and at hisDeath all to be sole except the lands holey whair I now live and themoneys to be Equially devided amongst my five Daughters Anney PenneyAnnat Susanna & Mary except one hundred dollars---

3rd I give and bequeth unto my son Nathanuel atract of land on Tresleys branch of too Hundred acors & my baymair & a heffer name hard bargon & a bed & furniture thethird best Plow & my best ax & my second best grub hoe mylarge sadel---

4th I give and bequeth unto my Daughtor Susanah acow heffer name hart his and his increase---

5th I give & bequeth unto my Daughtor Mary onecow heffer named Lilley his and his increas---

6th I give unto my Son John the Track of landwhere I now live on and all joining to it after his mothers Death& a filley Cald fly & his increas & my small sadle &a cow heffer Cald pint his increase & a hundred dollars to bepaid to him at the age of twenty one or marrage & the Interest ofit from his mothers Death

7th I give & bequeth unto Mis Sarah Adama onebead & furniture & heffer named Rose and hir increase to begiven hir at my wifes Death I do hearby utterly revoke Disanul& Disallow all other formar will by me made allowing this to bemy laste will & Testament & I doo also appoint John FriersonExecutor & Executix of this my last will & testament inwitnefs wharof I have set my hand & seal the year abovementioned.--
