Item) I give & bequeath unto ElexanderFoxworth thirty Dollars to be paid him out of my Estate at thedescretion of my Executors or at the age of twenty one--Item) It ismy will & desire that the hole of my estate be Sold except forprovitions for the Support of my Mother and hands to make and housthe Crop to geather with two pots dutch oven frying pan Coopers waretwo hors my riding Saddle Chest Bophat Table three Chears two plows& gears two Jugs two Sows & Nine year ole Shots which Is tobe give up to my Mother hir lifetime then to return back to my Estate& Sold & devided as will as all the rest of my Estate equallybetween fore Children of Ann Smith the wife of John Smith) which isto Say Elizabeth Smith Selphey Smith Nancy Ann Smith & Mary SmithItem) It is my will & desire that If Ann Smith wishes to Com& live at my plantation that She may have full liberty hirlifetime without being mislested If not that It be Sold with the restof the Estate and Shood She Com to the place It to be Sold after hirdeath & devided Equally between hir fore Children as abovementioned---
