I John Horan do make this my last Will andTestament calculating on the friendly Agency of Messrs Kershaw &Lewis otherwise called Charles Kershaw & John Lewis ofCharleston I authorize them to sell or cause to be Sold, my stock inany of the two Banks of Charleston in which I am Concerned, that theymay think proper, and to remit to the Revd James O'Donnell to bedistributed as follows-------------------------

To Lawrence Horan two hundred pounds;

To Francis Horan one hundred and fiftypounds----

To his children four hundred and fifty pounds tobe equally divided between them;

To the Revd James O'Donnell in trust of the Wifeof James Turley one hundred and fifty pounds;

To her children Six hundred pounds to be equallydivided between them----

To Peggy Horan one hundred pounds----

To Martin Mathews three hundred and fortypounds----

To his sister Mary one hundred and fortypounds--Martin Mathews to be her trustee in case of her and her son'sdeath, without his leaving legal Issue to be equally divided betweenMartin Mathews Children----

To the Revd James O'Donnell in trust for the wifeof Patrick Turley one hundred and ninety pounds----

To John Mitchell and wife now or late of BaltimoreI bequeath two dollars and fifty cents----

The different Legatees to have the advance, ordepression of sales and to be paid in the order herein Set down----for the repairs or ornamenting the Chapel of Clontoskert twentypounds----

To the Catholic Church Hasell Street Charlestonone hundred dollars--and to the poor of said Church one hundreddollars----

To the Poor of Claremont County two hundreddollars to be paid to their Treasurer, I mean the board that Sits inor near Sumterville----

To Thomas Mulludy I bequeath the remainder of myBank Stock and also my United States six per cent Stock, and all myBonds, notes and accts

I Constitute and appoint the said Thomas Mulludysole executor of this my last Will and Testament Authorizing him withthe advise of Messrs Kershaw & Lewis otherwise called CharlesKershaw and John Lewis of Charleston to make any alteration they maythink proper
