In the Name of god amen I Thomas Jackson of theState of South Carolina Sumter District being very sick and weak inBody--and of perfect Mind and Memory--Thanks be given unto godcalling unto Mind the Mortality of My Body and knowing that it isappointed for all men to die do make and ordain this my last willand Testament that So to say principalley and first of all I give and Recommend My Soul into the Hand of almightey god. And as touching Such worldly Estate wherewith it has pleased god to bless me in thislife. I give devise and Dispose of the Same In the folowing Mannerand form. First I give to my well beloved Daughters Elizabeth JacksonAnn Jackson & Rebecca Jackson my personal proparty with all myHouse Hold goods Debts and Moveable effects--to be Equally Devidedamong and between my above named Daughters I Like wise constituteand ordain Make and ordain James Richbourg and James G. Ware theSole Executors of this my last will and Testament, and I Do hearbyDisallow Revoke and dissanul all and every other former Testamentswills Legacies bequeaths and Executors by me in any ways before named willed and Bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and noother to be my last will and testament.
